Apple Lisa prototype keyboard- thoughts?

A friend of mine had a prototype Apple Lisa keyboard that has, what looks like, Alps SKCC switches with adapters. The PCB, on the other hand, has a number of extra holes? Would the do this to allow for other types of switches in this prototype phase or did Alps SKCC ever have dual redundant contacts? They eventually went with Key Tronic foam and foil but it is a vurious PCB, unless it's normal. I'm fairly certain I have not seen this before.

Any thoughts?

Does this have any date codes on it? The extra four holes per switch are arranged in a square much like Hi-Tek Series 725 switches. Then again, I have space invaders on the brain and see them everywhere.

The latest I see is a possible date code for the 32nd week of 1982. All readable ICs are mid 82 and earlier and this does fit into the right time frame.

Can your friend take a dump of the ROM? I don't think the dev keyboard's ROM has been saved yet.
