You'll need to desolder the switch and remove it, open it up, and fix the bent switch plate, or replace the switch.

It may also be that the click collar has slipped off the stem. Either way will require you disassemble the switch.

YAY.
Thanks for the answer at least now I know what happened.
But I'm very courious how this is even possible? Yesterday the keyboard was functioning well without any problem.

Who knows man. I have only ever had one cherry mx blue switch fail on me over the years, and it was similar to the way yours did, the click stopped working, then the key was getting stuck. However, mine didn't crunch like yours, so it could be something else entirely. No way to know for sure without an autopsy. That board is new so it was likely faulty in some way. You may be able to use your warranty if you don't want to diy.

Yeah, something is definitely wrong in there. It should never crunch like that xD If the keyboard is fairly new, you could probably use your warranty to get it replaced if you don't want to diy. A new keyboard like that with a bad switch already means the switch was faulty.

I'm already doing that, in fact this keyobard has only 3 months, I had some other mechanical keyboards and I also soldered few switches but until this keyobard has warranty why don't use it right?
