Fixing a broken spacebar stabilizer

Hi there,

My first post here. I got this Mitac FDA-102C with black alps a while ago, and in my eager to get the keycaps off I managed to snap one of the small plastic holders that keep the spacebar stabilizer in place. Any suggestions on how I could fix this? I'm thinking I maybe could 3D-print the broken part as I have access to this through work, but I thought I'd ask here before jumping to conclusions. Perhaps salvage a spacebar from another keyboard?

If you do it by 3D print then good for you because that is small...

I don't think these kinds of stabilisers are made anymore, they do look like the ones Apple used to use, maybe you can ask one from somebody ? I'll check if I've got some, but then I'm still unsure if it'd work :/

That's what I feared. With that said couldn't it be possible to look for a spacebar with the same length?
I've got two AEKII's that have the same mechanism for attaching the stabilizers to the keycap, but I'm not really too keen on salvaging them to get this one working. :p

Well, you would be able to find one, but the most known ones aren't using this, I believe WKL AT101/2 Use a 7u spacebar, but I also believe that they are not using this stab but rather costar stabs. So I don't really know ...

Yeah I can understand that very well :D

I'll check if I have one, I'll let you know, do ping me somehow if I don't get back to you after a few hours !
