Thanks in advance. Have german ISO atm, ISO preffered, but doesn't need to be german or anything specific.

Bottom of the barrel cheap isn’t normally doubleshot or dyesub so in that case you should probably try to get some cheap blanks from China...

Maybe something like this: Look what I found on AliExpress
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3278812 ... 23136.html
On top of that you’ll need 8 x 1u, 1 x 1.75u, 1 x 6u (off-centered).

This is some of the cheapest stuff you can get that’s not terrible and it’s probably more expensive than what you paid for the whole board. It’s hard to get a very cheap and compatible kit for this board because it’s ISO and the odd-sized mods.

It might not be worth trying to cover it completely, just deal with the suboptimal caps and save up for something more standard.

Thanks :)
I wouldnt mind paying more for printed caps to be honest. Lets say I'd pay a maximum of 60eur for the keyset ;)

Well, search on aliexpress for "Cherry keycaps" and there are plenty of results! If you find something nice and are worried about compatibility, post in here and we can help.

Double post: this might work for you actually, is cheap and dye-subbed: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/kbdfans ... 43018.html

Get the 152-key kit. Don't expect miracles, expect a $60 keyset. ;) But it's dye-sub Cherry PBT, if you ignore legend inconsistencies it's probably pretty good.

Yeah, it's pretty nice. I considered getting it more than once. The problem is that some of the legends are a bit off or inconsistently placed, but honestly, for the price you can't complain. Let us know how it goes if you decide to go for it.

Was just browsing KBDFans' store again and came across this which will also work if you get the Mac kit for the 1u mods: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/dye-sub ... 88644.html

Note that on the Cherry 1800 keyboards the Delete, End and PageDown keys are Row 1 (instead of the usual Row 2) profile.

Edit: edited
