Are old Intergraph keyboards any good?

I saw this keyboard on a used site. Looks very interesting. Is it any good? What switches does it have? I can't find a lot of info about it.

Foam and foil or rubber dome.

I would say its more likely to be foam and foil, you almost never see stepped keys like that on a rubber dome apart from caps lock.

Typically those Intergraph boards are rubber dome but I'm assuming foam and foil due to the LED placements.
