Bought my first Cherry keyboard in years. How should I bling it out?

I actually like a subtle white backlighting, which is what this one has. I can always just turn off the lights if I don't like them. I think.

These ones aren't bad, I had a set of them in the non-backlit variety and they are nice and thick. Only think I don't like is they are a high profile, and I prefer Cherry profile. https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/in ... ail&p=1003
God damn that font is disgusting

Anyway, I love backlighting when it is well done. I just hate the shinethrough caps.

here's a few shots of my backlit boards. I think they are nice tasteful implementations of backlighting.

Switches: I'm a little hesitant to say this but since your swinging back in, you might as well check out all the kailh switches. might find something else you like. and just the volume of choice is... and as others have said they are doing interesting things with switches.

The clicky variants are interesting(to me at least). and as an example(similar for the linear and tactile) you got:
box light click, (white)
box heavy click, (pale blue)
box thick click light, (jade)
box thick click heavy. (navy)

The speedy clicks:
early click (gold)
really early click, (bronze)
really early click heavy. (heavy pale blue)

Then the normal clicks:
normal clicks, (light green)
normal click heavy. (sage)

click click click.

I'm liking using jade(thats the box light thick click). extremely tactile, very clicky, a little too sharp a bump for some, including me, with a little lube on the click bar suits me just nicely.

Yea, the backlighting with those case colors is a great combo.

In all seriousness, I think that I will opt for the EnjoyPBT Hiragana set, I really like those, as loud as some people might find them. Now the challenge is tracking them down with paying $90 for them to shipped from China.

Hmm, that will be tough to beat, but I am leaning towards rainbow alpha-numerics and metallic modifiers.
Try to get metallic rainbow caps.

That's like the Cadillac of 60% boards right there. It literally has everything. I imagine an unassembled kit would cost at least $300.
