IBM Model M rubber dome keys not depressing

As the title says, my rubber dome Model M's WASD keys have stopped depressing properly, and it takes them quite long to return. I've thorougly cleaned the switches. Is there any other possible solution or should I accept the fact that the keyboard is gone? :/

You can probably buy a new rubber dome sheet from Unicomp. Try contacting them. They can probably help.
