Terminal keycaps Model M 1391401？

I got a Model M 1391401 with some special key caps
It seems some function keys for terminal or emulator,but I cant find any other information.

I didn't get too much info because it's a bit of a nightmare if you are not going to use Terminal 3270 system or the like. But if really necessary You have very useful list of commands here: http://www.ftj.agh.edu.pl/complab/doc/C ... pr3270.htm

Neat. I hadn't seen these particular keys on an M but it seems like there is always a yet to be rediscovered variation. These keys would look great on my Model M with terminal emulation keys.
