Packard Bell 5130 slider ID

Does anyone know who made these?

They feel pretty good for what it is. Sort of like Topre, a bit scratchier perhaps.

that's one of the most well known type of slider, did you try to search the label or ?

Thanks! I wasn't sure if it's the same thing, and there's no page on the Wiki for the Packard Bell one.
