Those are 3 pin switches with either jumper wires, or diodes installed in the LED sockets (this was common on older boards since PCBs where sometimes one sided). 5 pin refers to two extra plastic pegs, one on either side of the larger center peg. Unless it's a plateless build the extra pins aren't really needed.

The board in the second picture has a very unusual spacebar, what does it look like from the front (the complete board could be worth more than the switches).
