A while ago, I picked up a DK'Tronics keyboard for my ZX Spectrum (v2 with the large space bar).
As some of the keys weren't working, I set about de-soldering the keys so I could open them up and clean the contacts. However, as the tracks on the PCB were badly corroded and started to separate from the board, I decided to re-create the board.
I am in no way any electronics expert, so set about scanning in the original PCB and using the image as a template for Sprint Layout 6 and re-designed the board.
I generated the gerber files and hoped for the best by uploading them to JLBPCB. A week later I received the boards (as min of 5 in the order). When comparing the new board to the old one, the size was exact and all the drill holes lined up. I cleaned up the switches, soldered everything back in and it worked!
Attached is the Gerber zip file should anyone want to re-create this PCB themselves!
I hope it may be of use to someone.
