Hello,

I have studied the Datamaster 5322 computer and I am going to pick a 5324.
My units are a fully working Sapnish Datamaster 5322 and a second 5322, American, of which only the logic boards with no keyboard remains.

I am aiming to reproduce the 5322 keyboard in order to give my american unit a keyboard input. At the same time, I am trying to acquire a 5324 keyboard from the USA, not only for use in its computer but also for study purposes.

As one of my goals is to help preserve these computers a few more decades, I think time has come to start creating replacements. For this reason I would like to know a few things.

I made a wired matrix before and for the first crude prototype I will follow the same approach. However I lack experience building quality keyboards and lack knowledge in that regard.

At the same time, I would like to collaborate with regards of the 5324 keyboard, especially in case the deal falls through. I do require the parasite board of a 5324 keyboard. If anyone knows anything about it, please I would like to know.

In exchange, I will share everything I know of the keyboards themselves, as I wrote its MAME driver earlier this year.

Regards!
