Yes, plate mounted MX blacks, fully programmable 16x8 matrix.
Note that some switches (under multiple keys) may have been factory disabled (switch just misses spring) in order to reduce the force needed, the springless switch acting as a stabilizer. This will quite probably be the case with quadruple keys (two switches disabled) on OEM keyboards like these.
And... those keyboards (unbranded) have been appearing on eBay.de now and again lately. Price range is usually 10-30€.
