So recently, hotplugging my usb keyboards is not working. I've tried with both my cm quickfires, and my HHKB, as well as different USB keyboards. They work fine in the bios and if i boot up with them plugged in though. Strange thing is that when I plug it in, the LEDs on the quickfire light up for a second; and if i turn on capslock from my realforce, the LED on the quickfire turns on too. Help anyone?

Edit: hotplugging on my other computer works fine.

My 7x64 system on evga board dosen't like it at all if I do that on the keyboards side with a cable still plugged in the board. Get the same thing, lock lights flicker but it's dead. It will work if I unplug and replug the cable on the motherboard side though.

Hmm, unplugging and replugging it from either way doesn't work for me. I'm using a Z68 Pro3-M

I would always unplug the cable from the keyboard's side, and leave the cable plugged into my mobo.

Nevermind! I found the problem :D

The problem was being caused by a phoning program that I installed yesterday. When i exited the program, the HHKB started working!
