not my page, not my board pictured, but similar one without switches but rubbermat under white/clear tend-to-break stems with thin caps that remind SP ones and tend-to-break thin stemsmounts.

Ah, then I remember that someone on Geekhack had identified it already.
I checked. Chimera15 saw one on eBay. Then Ripster identified it as a QTRONIX Scorpius 83A (QX-083).
