If you want a keyboard with caps that look like that the best thing would probably be a Tandberg with ML switches http://imgur.com/a/m36O3#0
And the only really good Siemens keyboards are the Siemens Nixdorf keyboards, the ones from only Nixdorf are still nicer than those though. http://imgur.com/a/UqZ3p#0

There exist keyboards which look similar to that in the picture and have mechanical switches similar to ML.
