I picked up a box of dirty Model M's recently, one of which was this odd CompuAdd branded specimen. It's odd in that it uses the AT (aka "Big Ass") Enter key as well as a 1u Backspace and "|\" keys. The Part No is 1397771. and it was manufactured by Lexmark in November of 1993. It uses the DIN-5 AT style connector.

Of course that is an easy modification (in conjunction with a bolt-mod) if you wanted to "go backward"
The Lexmark had an attached cable, from the looks of it - odd with the AT DIN plug.

Wow, very interesting! Never seen something like this before. I was under the impression that only ATs had big-ass enters in the buckling spring family.

Not a desktop keyboard, but IBM wheelwriters also had big ass enter. This is definitely the first time I have seen it on a M, though. Nice find!

Very cool find! That model number isn't even in the wikipedia table of M model numbers:

I remember Compuadd. They were a very solid computer company in the early 1990s. Very interesting that they had their own branded version of the IBM M. I wish I had some of the catalogs still as I would have remembered seeing that. I remember they always had their own branded keyboards with that heavily embossed, almost carved logo. Ah the days of a bygone era.
