I find for textured plastic like on Zenith cases or Model M keycaps using a Baking Soda and Vinegar combo works wonders.
You make a watery baking soda paste and apply it onto the plastic. Then use a towel or cotton ball and dip it into vinegar. Finally scrub the vinegar soaked cotton ball/towel on the plastic. The baking soda and the vinegar will react on the plastic, cleaning it
