I have realised that the files I was using with my Model M are not available online anymore so I just copied them from were they where (http://liyang.hu.) to a new repo: https://github.com/leoredi/macos-british-iso. I hope you might find them useful as I did.

That site seems to be up again, but a mirror probably can't hurt. It also took me way too long to figure out those are OS X keymap files an not config files for some converter.
