Filco Majestouch Ninja gives a slightly springy sound on enter key

I just purchased a Filco Majestouch Ninja. Its all ok except for the Enter key. Upon pressing the Enter key it gives a slight springy hollow sound. Is this normal behavior?

unfortunately, yes, it is a very common issue with filco.

what switches do you have?
