Hi, just looking for some advice on repairs.
I recently moved house and found the left / up keys on my Filco Majestouch N Key Rollover unresponsive. The same arrow keys on the numpad still work, so it's clearly just those specific keys.
Admit the keys were probably jammed down during the move but removing the cap and looking at the operation there's no obvious damage. I've tried removing cap / cleaning to no avail. The issue replicates when connected to other PCs.
What could this be, and is it fixable?
Admittedly changing switches is probably beyond me so if there's anyone in Australia willing to look at it / repair it for a fee it would be much appreciated.
Thanks!

I would probably just replace those two switches which will require some basic soldering skills. If you want to prove the switch is bad first, take the case off and just use a wire or paper clip to jump between each switch’s solder points on the pcb and those keys should register if everything else PCB wise still works. You can also inspect to see if there is any damage to those traces or the pcb when you have the case off.
