WTF?!
Seriously? An emery board spacebar? "Oh this is a place for your rings." "I dreamt about this for 40 nights". Is this some kind of missing Monty Python sketch?

It is from "Look Around You" season 2, a TV series from 2004 by comedians Peter Serafinovic and Robert Popper.
It is made as a parody of 1980's TV shows about new technology.
I love this show. See also season 1 which is parodying educational shows of the kind that were shown for school children on BBC in the 1970's. They are quite bizarre.

I really need to check that out. Almost a little too spot on with the awkward cadences to their voices and ill-fitting pantsuits. It reminds me (and was probably inspired by) this video about "E mail".Findecanor wrote:It is from "Look Around You" season 2, a TV series from 2004 by comedians Peter Serafinovic and Robert Popper.
