I'm looking for a modern linear MX mount gaming and typing board. both of these look very good but I would just like a comparison with the typing feel. the optical analog features of the Wooting just seem like a gimmick to me i probably won't use them. ive just heard that both switches are very smooth.
Also I'm new to the deskthority forms, hey everyone.

There's some reading here about APT and XMIT, the person who worked with them to design their hall effect keyboard -- as well as a video review of the keyboard itself

Welcome!
Check out the Zowie Celeritas II if you want a keyboard with the same switches as Wooting's but without analogue features. It is full-size with numpad, quite a bit cheaper than the Wooting Two and widely available in retail.
Only red backlighting and it has a "Big-Ass" L-shaped Enter key though.

You should look at Chryosran's video on Wooting One (specifically the linear switch/version) and he fucking loves it especially the linear switches. Chyros is kinda like a keyboard/switches deity fyi.
The analog feature will only work in certain games that adopt the ability of analog but fortunately a fuck ton of PC games support it and the analog ability for PC has been around for a very long time.
