Badly xD . Like I said, it was not a good choice of chassis xD . It's held only by the solder points iirc!davkol wrote: 13 Aug 2019, 12:32 I'm not sure if I understand this. Stock G80-3000 doesn't have a plate: how did you secure the switches? (Whether you're using hotswap sockets, or not; Kailh Box are only 3-pin AFAIK.)
Didn't have any other keyboards I wanted to sacrifice! xDMuirium wrote: 13 Aug 2019, 13:28 Oh Chyros, you odd job! You know how a solid keyboard handles, and yet you chose to do this? Boggled…
The Wyse is a good chassis, but not hot-swappable. For some it's a gimmick; for me, as a reviewer, a hot-swappable keyboard is an absolute god-send. And by now I've got multiple, so there's really no reason to go back to the Wyse for me xD .zrrion wrote: 14 Aug 2019, 18:05 I think you could safely go back to WYSE chassis, plenty of them get harvested so you wouldn't even need to desolder yourself. Folks throw them out too often IMO.
