Today, I received a board with Pine Alps SKCM Whites instead of the expected Futaba MAs which seemed prevalent amongst keyboards of this model. While I wanted to try those switches, I made a rather unusual discovery. As uncommon as an ANSI Alps board is, it is also equipped with doubleshots!
I am still slowly restoring this board, so do not mind the nasty mess within. Here are some more images

I already have. My programmer knowledge is rather nonexistent, but I did slide in a little bit more than what was previously there.TheInverseKey wrote: 19 Jan 2021, 04:22 Nice find please update the wiki as this has not been documented. Great find!

Wow, I've been using Leading Edge keyboards for thirty years, and I own a (Futaba) AK-1012, but I had no idea there was an Alps version. I'll bet those keycaps are shared with the DC-2214 and DC-3014.

Great finds, considering the amazing og caps, which don't come by cheaply if you ask me.
