Hi everyone,
I have a new Model F keyboard. From time to time, probably once every 10 minutes, it exhibits some bizarre behavior.
The keyboard emits the text "§cgn", then fails to register any further keypresses. If I unplug the USB cord and plug it back in, the keyboard works as normal.
Any thoughts on how I can fix or troubleshoot? Not familiar with this world at all so am overwhelmed by the lengthy manual and would really appreciate some help.

colinf, the best way to proceed is to spend an hour to read the manual beginning to end. It is more difficult to try to have someone copy and paste parts of the manual; you will end up spending more time that way because you won't understand how the keyboard works. The goal is to have everyone read the manual so they are confident enough to maintain their keyboard when things come up, so it does not end up in a landfill.
The manual describes how to check the controller grounding and re-flash the firmware, two recommended steps. You should also probably check for strong signals in the signal level monitor utility, and reseat needed keys/springs.
