Hi all.
I just grabbed myself a pink KBT Race. I came from a keyboard with switches mounted to a plate, and the slight change in feel is starting to bug me.
Is there a way to remove some of the flexing or bounce in the Race?
I've heard rumors people stuff their keyboard with foam? Will a metal chassis help this? Add another mounting point to the pcb?

Metal chassis minimally helps. Adding more mounting point need drilling... Foam is really simple so that's my vote. You can eliminate most of the PCB bounce and the resonance. It sounds deader when dampened this way than plate mount.

Agree with laffindude, I stuff my poker with laminate flooring underlay and it greatly improves the feel of it with zero effort.
There is something in the GH Wiki about adding an additional mounting hole to a Poker if that's the route you decided to go down, it should give you an idea on how to do it to the Race.

I dislike the case. It feel not good and it puts the Race much more higher. I use the Race w/o case on felt. I put some rubber (cut the right pieces) between and now i am satisfied.
