keyboard tray cad files?

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get the CAD files and CNC paths for these aluminum poker trays I keep seeing everywhere? Or are these a closely-guarded secret by their respective owners? Do you think it would be possible to license a design (as in pay a fee to use the cad files?)
