CPC logo on seemingly unrelated PCBs?

See the CPC logo on this NMB Hi-Tek PCB:



The same logo appears on the PCB of this Far East SMK/SMK-clone keyboard:

Any idea what the logo represents? I can't find anything. Manufacturing standard? Factory?

94 V-0 could be the plastics flammability standard UL 94 V-0 :

So I guess CPC-10 might also be related to some industry standard.

I didn't — I couldn't find anything whatsoever, like CPC doesn't exist.
