Easiest to use KLE, then export that to swills plate tool to create the DXF, then open in an editor to confirm / clean up / modify if needed.

Blank, PBT. They have every key except right shift, as a result can only special order. Not an issue if you need HHKB layout though, just add an additional caps lock key.

What's the reasoning behind o-rings and why have they disappeared since? I don't think the orings do anything with bottoming out, only area you can place something that will effect that would be on the top of the barrel. The pebble is a little, melted for lack of a better term. The sides of the cap near the top are bubbled out a bit and it no longer snaps into place over a stem. The sides of the cap near the top are bubbled out a bit and it no longer snaps into place over a stem. Wow! Yeah, got me there. Would open a support ticket with them and ask directly.

I am curious if they really have that Large Brilliant White spacebar though, at last check they said they didn't want to make them, citing a MOQ of like 7000 to even bother.
