The function row should be completely blue or aranged differently.

I would make three 4x4 clusters [gray, blue, gray] and remap the keys so that you have F1-F4 in the first block, F5-F8 in the second and so on.

Apart from that it looks quite cool

That wood thing is cool, but a tad to artistic for my taste. Other than that, its a beautiful board with some nice keycaps on top.

Function rows seem superfluous to me. But how about combining one with a numpad (also unnecessary) in a creative fashion? 12 function keys = 12 hours on a clock.



Picture a numpad right in the middle instead! Everything looks good in wood. (5.25" diskette optional.)

i thought of remapping the cluster fn keys indeed
but i like that subtle symetry. Not everything is squared in this world ...

And it's not wood it's plastic painted with luv (and paint).

I does have a bit of an IBM 029 vibe, doesn't it? Especially with bepo vomiting punctuation everywhere.

Joe aside does it does really look like wood?
It's two layer of grey, one of antique gold then sanded and 4 layers of mate varnish.

Ok just a guess

What is "wrong" is that U, I, R and S keys are not in their correct positions for "Bépo" layout.
Also, the Ê and È keys don't look like they are completely seated.

I like how you populated this keyboard with no extra gaps between keys. Love white-on-blue modifiers!
