Hi there!
I am new to the forum and keyboard modding.
I've been searching for a good keycap set for a while, I must say, among the mass produced I like only DSA-like keycaps, but I wondered if there exist DSAs but with Cherry-like angles (sculpted? is that the right term?)
Anyway, it is quite hard to research and I am not that informed on the topic. But just few days ago I found this interesting set on aliexpress:

BTW, I can't find out how to post images yet, I guess I need to use some image hosting and make a link?
The seller's info: "Doubleshot ANSI UK ISO LA Cherry Ball Shape Thick PBT Keycap For MX Keyaboard 61 87 104 Melody 96 KBD75 FC980M Keychron".
The brand is YMDK I guess. So they name it "Cherry ball shape". The keycaps look really good, I ordered these and will see. It seems to be exactly what I was looking for.
Do you recognize this profile? Any examples of keyboards with such caps?
And on a side note: why there are so few keyboards with such caps? Is that only me who thinks DSA-like has the most comfortable tactile feel?
DSA-like keycaps but angled?

DSS is an angled form of DSA SP (re)introduced a couple years ago.
It's similar to SA or MT3 (in that it's a sculpted spherical set), but DSS is shorter like Cherry or DCS.

SA has a smooth surface, while DSS and MT3 are textured.
I find that MT3 is a bit too dished for my taste though.

Thanks, yes I think DSS is the closest to what I found, only the ROW 4 surface angle on DSS is bigger than on that "Cherry Ball" lets call it so.Rayndalf wrote: 12 Aug 2021, 22:13 DSS is an angled form of DSA SP (re)introduced a couple years ago.

As for the SA cap itself, they look similar in the dish area, but the sides are too steep compared to DSA, so that is a departure from
what im looking for. I feel like I'd prefer a more pillow-like shape, like DSA with even a bit more rounded-off and gentle side slopes.
