Another F-122 arrived yesterday. This one looks like it was never cleaned since put into use on May 15, 1984.

Unlike my 1986 F-122, this one (1984; PN 6110668) has a bank of 8 DIP switches on the bottom panel. Does this present any special challenges when installing a Teensy and Soarer's Converter?

It will probably work fine regardless of how the switches are set. I removed my switches during cleaning and then forgot how the connectors were aligned, so I left them off. It still worked fine with Soarer's, so leaving them installed but set to "off" will work for sure too. The switches set a keyboard identifier, but I don't know if Soarer's firmware checks them.

Post some pictures! I'm sure phosphorglow will be on the hunt for some once he notices this thread. ;)

I have an F-122 with DIP switches, and everything this guy said is true.

Will do. I need to borrow a camera first.
