(I can't find any evidence that proves that the Decision Mate "IV" ever existed, only the V shows up in lookups so I'm presuming a typo. Added variants table.)

The NCR H0150-STD1-01-17 keyboard was part of the NCR Decision Mate V (aka DMV) computer system. The key switches are mainly RAFI RS 76 M (diode) with an alternate action Caps Lock.

Variants

Besides black/dark grey, the keyboard was also available in a beige colour scheme.

According to the DMV hardware manual[1] the computer supported a range of languages larger than the list suggested by the DIP switch configuration at the bottom of the keyboard. It would be uncommon for a CP/M compatible computer to support this many keyboards, so don't necessarily take all the entries in the following table as existing keyboards unless pictures or references are provided. Note also that entries tagged with an asterisk (*) were specified by NCR for reference purposes and weren't available at the time the manual was printed in July 1983.
